This job initially called for the emergency repair of an old electric water heater. We completed the work and then, after further consultation with James, he asked us to quote for a complete gas fired central heating and water system for his 3 bedroom home. We worked through several estimates and provided material options until he was happy with the cost and the time we were quoting to complete the work. By selecting less expensive materials we were able to reduce our estimate by £300 from our initial quotation by giving James a complete comparison between the options we had presented.

Heating system and Bathroom upgrades and kitchen modernization
Therese had an old AGA in her kitchen which she wanted to remove. She also had an old gas central heating system where the boiler needed replacing. By working very closely with her we were able to free up space taken by the old AGA and also make alterations in the kitchen to make more space. The resulting heating system was more efficient. We also installed a shower in one bathroom and added an additional radiator to a room which was previously without.
